Pohutukawa Honey
Description
Pohutukawa Honey is very delicate and salty sweet.Harvested from the eastern end of the beautiful Mahurangi West Peninsula
and around the regional park.
We cream most of our honey, which is just controlling the
crystallisation so it sets to a finer crystal. This honey has been
left to set slowly and naturally. As temperature drop, it will become firm
and slightly grainy. This is unadulterated pure raw honey in its total
natural state.
I am pleased now to give my customers, the option of creamed or uncreamed,
Natural Crystallised Pohutukawa Honey!
It will melt back down to runny honey easily too, if so desired!
