We have strategic Apiary sites on the Mahurangi West Peninsular to target this delightful NZ Honey, and take great care in separating out the pure white frames and crystal clear nectar to achieve a pure as can be Pohutukawa Honey !
I call it "Christmas in a jar", and is loved particularly by children because of its delicate salty sweetness, and buttery aftertaste..
