Description

This seasons 2026 harvest.  And flowering was a tad sparse sadly
But still delicious mild flavoured Kanuka, cold creamed to a silky soft texture.
This batch has the butterscotch note of the Pohutukawa. 
A delightful everyday Honey.
Harvested from the point of our beautiful Mahurangi West Peninsula.
