Our Coastal Native bush is a mixture of predominantly Pohutukawa and Kanuka this year, with a touch of floral from the later summer flowering species. This simple tasty honey has plenty of native floral notes.. pale from the pohutukawa, but rich and zingy from Kanuka and definite citrus notes... a nice smooth texture, a good basic honey for toast, tea and deserts!
