 Fresh Liquid Honey, now setting to a natural crystal ! 
A wonderful Kanuka blend from the beautiful neighbouring Organic Kauri Ora Farms

Predominantly Pohutukawa and Kanuka and Manuka.
It was runny, silky liquid, but this will change as our season cools and it starts to cloud then crystalise..
I love to see the natural transformation of honey with different nectar developing individually, 
a true raw unadulterated honey from our pristine coastline.
