A beautiful natural Kanuka, from 2024, which has set to a grainy texture as nature intended.
Harvested from our home site by the Mahurangi Regional Park at the tip of our peninsula
Lab tested at 3.8 NPA (60MGO), thats a great rating for a basic honey !
We have left this honey to set to its natural crystal, resulting in a unique
unadulterated honey with the benefits of the Kanuka super-food!
It sets to a firmer texture as temps cool but wonderful in its natural crystal form.
This honey will melt back to liquid honey if left on a hot windowsill, placed
in hot tap water or microwaved slowly.
