A beautiful natural Kanuka, which has set to a grainy texture as nature intended.
Harvested from Pukapuka Road inland on our Mahu West peninsula
Lab tested at 3.7 NPA (50MGO), thats a great rating for a basic honey !
We have left this honey to set to its natural crystal, resulting in a unique
unadulterated honey with the benefits of the Kanuka super-food!
It sets to a firmer texture as temps cool but wonderful in its natural crystal form.
This honey will melt back to liquid honey if left on a hot windowsill, placed
in hot tap water or microwaved slowly.
