Description

Our highest rated Manuka at 14.9NPA (511MGO) Batch 1, from this year,
harvested January 2025. Our first Batch to be harvested early as we took the
manuka boxes off,  to keep a purer batch, and it has paid off !

A medical grade with more concentration in health giving properties.
Manuka ages well, and when re-tested, the rating climbs higher, 
this batch is predicted to become an 22+ over time.
This medical grade honey will see you right for winter, and can be taken every day, just a small amount,
for immunity boosting and general well-being. Also taken at the first hint of any flue symptoms, and then regularly through the day, or applied directly on any skin infection.
All our Manuka is Laboratory tested and Certified through Hills Laboratory
This Manuka is uncreamed, so will develop a fine sandy texture over time,
a natural sign of true unadulterated raw honey as nature intended, though the high grade Manuka is more Jelly like and dosn't tend to FROST" like lower rated honey.. 

This Batch will be retested in the future, so I can dust off my 15+ Labels !
