and higher or more concentrated in health giving properties.
Manuka ages well and ideally should be held for 2 years, and then tested, as the rating climbs higher,  this is predicted to become a 17+
This medical grade honey will see you right for winter, and can be taken every day, just a small amount, for immunity boosting and general well-being. Also taken at the first hint of any flue symptoms, and then regularly through the day, or applied directly on any skin infection.

This Manuka is uncreamed, so may develop a fine sandy texture over time
