One of our first 2026 batch"s, Fresh Liquid Honey !  A Manuka Pohutukawa Kanuka blend.
Runny, silky liquid, but this is now setting and will change as our season cools
and it starts to cloud then crystalise..
I love to see the natural transformation of honey with different nectar developing
individually,  a true raw unadulterated honey from our pristine rural peninsula 
in a bigger jar for a true
