Description

Our first 2026 batch, Fresh Liquid Honey !  A Pohutukawa Kanuka blend.
This nectar is from our home-site which boarders the Mahurangi Regional Park.
Predominantly Pohutukawa and Kanuka with a dash of Manuka.
Still runny, silky liquid, but this will change as our season cools and it starts to cloud then crystalise..
I love to see the natural transformation of honey with different nectar developing individually, 
a true raw unadulterated honey from our pristine coastline.
