Description

This season has seen a lot of good quality high rated Manuka, with the hot spring nature delivered. 
 Lab results show this batch at 13.1NPA (409MGO)
 It is very soft and jelly like, creamed and slightly lighter in colour..
We recommend you keep this active batch cool, and in the fridge in very hot
temperatures. (Storage below 20 degrees is ideal for all high grade RAW honey) 
This is raw unpasterised Manuka and will mature up to a potentially
maximum rating of 20+over time,as our forecast laboratory results show.

This higher grade Manuka is the go to , when you are suffering coughs, colds, sore throats
and flu symptoms.  Directly onto any skin infection will also help, with its higher antibacterial,
anti-inflamatory  properties.

A very desirable high rated Manuka for tucking up in the medicine cabinet, or taking 1/4 a tsp-
twice daily for immunity boosting & winter wellness.
** In hotter climates, please keep this batch in the fridge

The colour slightly lightens with our cold creaming process.
