from our beautiful mountain site in Matakana
There is definite hints of Rewarewa in this batch, so really a
Manuka/ Rewarewa Blend.. A richer well rated Manuka, 
soft and silky, cold creamed to a fine crystal.
( I do have the same batch in Raw unadulterated crystal if you prefer
write  CRYSTAL in notes )
Rated at 7.4 NPA (160MGO) from our recent certification from Hills Laboratory,
it is a Certified Medicinal Honey, and perfect for every day winter wellness
