Our 2025 season has seen a lot of good quality high rated Manuka, with the hot spring nature delivered. 
 Lab results show this batch at 10.9 (301MGO)
 It is very soft and jelly like, .with a soft ever-so-slightly natural sandy texture
 (Storage below 20 degrees is ideal for all high grade RAW honey) 
This is raw unpasterised and unprocessed Manuka 

This higher grade Manuka is the go to , when you are suffering coughs, colds, sore throats
and flu symptoms.  Directly onto any skin infection will also help, with its higher antibacterial,
anti-inflamatory  properties.

A very desirable high rated Manuka for tucking up in the medicine cabinet, or taking 1/4 a tsp-
