2025 Manuka "NEW" Batch 17 
from our beautiful mountain site in Matakana
Again, there is definite hints of Rewarewa in this batch,
our native honeysuckle tree flowers at the same time,
throwing sweet chocolate treacle notes..
A richer well rated Manuka, thick,  soft and silky, cold creamed to a fine crystal.
( I do have the same batch in Raw unadulterated crystal if you prefer
write " CRYSTAL " in notes )
Rated at 7.4 NPA (160MGO) from our recent certification from Hills Laboratory,
it is a Certified Medicinal Honey, and perfect for every day winter wellness
