Description

This season has seen smaller batches of Manuka, but we are pleased to finally have our
10+ on the website. It has been lab tested and has come up at 10.2 NPA (271MGO)
 It is a natural crystal, but seems to be holding a nice soft texture, but may crystalize over time.
This year it is lighter in colour due to the dominance of the Pohutukawa nectar
this season., on our Mahurangi West Peninsular.. every season and district is different.
(The lower grade Manuka's on my website are from Matakana, and Rewarewa darkens the batch.)

There is a slight fleck of pollen, propolis and wax to the top, because of the damaged frames,
due to aggravation, to extract this desired high grade.  (it takes a lot more effort and time)
This is raw unadulterated Manuka and will mature up to a 15+ over time,
as our forecast laboratory results show.

This higher grade Manuka is the go to , when you are suffering coughs, colds, sore throats
and flu symptoms.  Directly onto any skin infection will also help, with its higher antibacterial,
anti-inflamatory and anti-viral properties.

A very desirable high rated Manuka for tucking up in the medicine cabinet, or taking half a tsp-
twice daily for immunity boosting & winter wellness.
